Guest Ratings & Reviews
I had a delightful stay with great balcony views of the Eiffel Tower. The rooms were cozy and featured a show-stopping panorama of Paris. The service was attentive and professional, but a bit lacking in the initial welcome. The location was absolutely perfect in the lovely Saint-Germain-des-Pres neighborhood, near main tourist areas. The dining experience had a good selection but could use more variety. The facilities were well-equipped for a comfortable stay.
The hotel is situated near a grocery store, which can be noisy at times, but offers slightly larger rooms compared to Eiffel view accommodations. The room temperature tended to be on the warmer side, yet the bar ambiance lets you soak in the atmosphere enjoyed by Hemingway and company. The hotel provides nice bike, treadmill, and universal machines, though it lacks dumbbells or weights for those seeking that. The service was responsive, with a good attempt to address any issues. The staff was friendly and accommodating, with the added convenience of various amenities like room service, car hire, and laundry. The central location allows easy access to Musee d'Orsay, the Louvre, the Latin Quarter, and the Eiffel Tower, making it perfect for exploring the city. However, some staff conversations were too loud and included vulgar expressions. The proximity to a grocery store and other sites enhances the overall convenience of the location. The dining experience offered a nice breakfast selection that was more than just continental, though the dining room size was a bit cramped, and a broken curtain needed attention. Two positive aspects are the central location and the inclusive services, while two negatives are the occasional noise from the grocery store and the limited weight equipment in the fitness area.
The hotel's small rooms with limited views might not match its 5-star rating, but the nighttime view of the Eiffel Tower is charming. The service is attentive and efficient, offering a range of helpful amenities. The prime location near St Germain, Metro, and the river makes it easy to explore the city. However, dining options could be improved with a more varied menu.
My stay at the hotel was filled with ups and downs. While the location in St Germain near the metro and river was absolutely perfect and the service was wonderful, the rooms I received were very small and facing the street. The dining experience, although initially good, had a moment that left me questioning. The price for the overall stay was fair, but I did have minor issues that impacted my comfort.
The hotel is ideally situated in the center of Saint Germain, making it easy to access sights, restaurants, and lovely cafes. The rooms, while not huge, are spacious and well-equipped with amenities like bathrobes, a hairdryer, and a stocked mini-bar. The musty smell in the room, possibly due to the weather, could have been improved with a dehumidifier or room freshener.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms are very nice with a sweet little balcony featuring a show-stopping panorama of Paris, although they could enjoy a little refresh like curtains that really close. The service was professional and friendly overall, but some staff members were rude and condescending. The location is perfect for exploring Paris with easy access to public transport in the lovely Saint-Germain-des-Pres neighborhood. The dining was alright, but could be more sophisticated, lacking variety on the menu.
I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was spacious and had a perfect view of the Eiffel Tower from the small balcony, which looked stunning with the twinkling lights at night. The service was top-notch, with professional and efficient staff making my stay truly pleasant. The location couldn't be better, close to key attractions like the Seine and The Louvre. The dining experience was delightful, offering a generous and delicious menu. Overall, a fantastic choice for a wonderful trip to Paris!
My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The location was perfect for exploring the sights and restaurants in the heart of Paris, but the room, despite having a nice terrace view over the rooftops, was slightly cramped due to the small sofa. The service was mostly helpful and friendly, although I did encounter some uncomfortable interactions with room service. The dining experience was average, nothing special compared to other hotels in this category. Despite these drawbacks, the overall value for money was decent.
